Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding high-quality professionals to meet the growing needs of our real estate business. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, implement effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various company positions, including real estate agents, sales managers and administrative support.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and offering positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and real estate networking platforms.
- Use social media, job boards, and other innovative tools to find qualified candidates.
- Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate skills and qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assist hiring managers in evaluating candidate fit.
- Manage job postings, create compelling job descriptions, and ensure brand consistency across all recruitment materials
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and regularly update hiring reports.
- Participate in job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to build a talent pipeline.
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong preference for experience in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of real estate roles and the skills required for success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
