Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding high-quality professionals to meet the growing needs of our real estate business. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, implement effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various company positions, including real estate agents, sales managers and administrative support.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and offering positions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and real estate networking platforms.
  • Use social media, job boards, and other innovative tools to find qualified candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate skills and qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and assist hiring managers in evaluating candidate fit.
  • Manage job postings, create compelling job descriptions, and ensure brand consistency across all recruitment materials
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
  • Maintain an organized database of candidates and regularly update hiring reports.
  • Participate in job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to build a talent pipeline.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong preference for experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of real estate roles and the skills required for success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
